Kvåle Solutions collects the following data:
- Personal identification information (Name, email address, phone number, etc.)
- Billing addresses, organization numbers (for businesses), and payment transaction history (via Vipps, Revolut, or bank transfer)

You directly provide Kvåle Solutions with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:
- Register online or place an order for any of our products or services.
- Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.

Kvåle Solutions collects your data so that we can:

How do we store your data?
Kvåle Solutions securely stores your data on our local encrypted devices and via our cloud provider, Google Workspace.
Kvåle Solutions will keep your project and communication data for the duration of our business relationship. Accounting and invoice data will be kept for up to 5 years to comply with the Norwegian Bookkeeping Act. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by permanently erasing the files from our systems.
